Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with coordinating and managing Stores projects.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and team members.
- Help identify and resolve project issues and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports.
- Provide administrative support to the TSS project management team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Project Management or a related field.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
- Strong interest in IT and project management.
